Your day-to-day The day is planned around the agreed tasks on site, and you take responsibility for the sequence yourself. In new build, it’s about getting the carpentry work done correctly so the next trades can come in. When something doesn’t add up, you report it in time.

You will, among other things, work with

• Works with new build on residential and commercial
• Installs windows and doors to measurements
• Does roofing work
• Works with renovation and conversion
• Insulates and works with vapor barrier

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

That doesn’t mean the day is loose at the edges. It just means there should be control, proper pay and room to finish the work.
