Industrial operator for an exciting company in Nakskov

We are looking for industrial operators for a production company, where you become part of a production team and receive thorough training in the job. You don’t need to be able to do everything from the start – the most important is that you want to learn and can get stuck in.

As an industrial operator you will be part of the daily production, where you operate, monitor and adjust production machines. You will have a varied daily routine with different tasks, including quality control, changeovers and troubleshooting. You will receive thorough training in production and must be ready to learn several functions and areas of work. The work takes place in a production environment with high temperatures and significant noise from the machines .

Tasks As an industrial operator your tasks will include

• Operation and monitoring of production machines
• Starting up and shutting down production lines
• Changing and adjusting machines
• Inspection of production and quality
• Loading and handling of raw materials and materials
• Troubleshooting and handling of minor operating problems
• Cleaning and preparing production equipment
• Documentation and recording
• Other tasks that keep production running

Professional Qualifications

• Experience from industry, production or similar is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in machines
• Hands-on with tools
• Can communicate in Danish and/or English
• Understands the importance of quality, hygiene and food safety

• Stable and responsible
• Works in a structured way and has an eye for detail
• Can work independently, but also works well in a team
• Flexible and ready for different tasks
• Wants to learn and develop yourself
• Thrives in an active workday

Special Conditions Training

If you’re new to the role, you will receive around 3 months of training , so you’re well introduced to the production and the various work functions. If you already have experience from production, the training will typically be around 1.5 months .

Working hours

You can choose between day shift or afternoon shift , so there is an opportunity to find the shift that suits you best.

Please note that the work takes place in a production environment with high temperatures and a lot of noise from the machines .
