We are looking for our partner near Sæby, a passionate industrial technician with experience in using Mazak machines. You will become part of a great team and be responsible for ensuring that your machine runs smoothly. Your tasks will include setting up and commissioning workpieces, as well as monitoring production. You will perform preventive maintenance and minor adjustments, so the machine always performs optimally. At the same time, you will contribute to maintaining high quality and ensure that production stays on schedule.

• Setting up, commissioning and operating Mazak CNC machines
• Manufacturing parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• Ongoing quality control of parts and documentation of results
• Preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of machines
• Optimization of machining processes and tool selection
• Collaboration with the team to ensure efficient and trouble-free production

Faglige Kvalifikationer

• An education as an industrial technician or solid trained experience
• Strong knowledge of MAZAK and preferably MasterCAM or EdgeCAM.
• Experience with programming and setup
• Danisk-speaking
