Industrial technician or skilled worker

OJM seeks industrial technicians or trained workers for the CNC milling department (day shift)

Are you a skilled tradesperson or have experience with CNC milling, as well as plenty of good humor, the desire to lead from the front and make a difference and thus help pave the way forward, then OJM A/S has the job for you.

We are in rapid development and therefore need to expand the workforce in our milling department on a fixed day shift

As an employee in our milling department you will play an important role in ongoing production by keeping our machines in continuous operation with a constant focus on quality, output, setup and improvements. You will become part of a team of 7-8 employees, where your professional skills, influence and good communication are important parameters. We are a diverse workplace where there is room for the individual, and where professional and personal development as well as personal goals are prioritized.

Your profile

We expect that you

• have relevant experience in CNC machining
• experience with continuous production, preferably on the following machine types
• Mazak HCN6000, SW442BA
• experience with robot-processed machines/cells
• experience with reading drawings, use of various measuring instruments etc.
• possess IT skills at user level

• have experience working on evening/night shifts/weekends
• have an analytical approach to tasks and always try to find an optimal solution
• be capable of working independently while also being a good team player
