Industrial technician with CNC and Edgecam experience - Hejnsvig

Are you an experienced industrial technician who has a handle on CNC machining – and do you work comfortably with Edgecam?

For our client, TOPTEMP is looking for a skilled industrial technician who can work independently with programming, setup and processing of various parts.

You will become an important part of the production

The company develops and manufactures machines where quality, precision and on-time delivery are crucial. Many of the machines' components are produced at the company's own workshop, and therefore you will play a central role in the production.

You will be working with CNC machining of both individual parts and small batches. The tasks can vary, and you will as a rule follow the parts from drawing and programming to the finished, verified result.

Your duties will include

• CNC machining of various parts
• Programming and experience with Edgecam is an advantage, but if you have solid experience with another CAM system, we would also like to hear from you.
• Setup, run-in and operation of CNC machines
• Manufacture of single parts and small series
• Reading and understanding technical drawings
• Selection of tools and machining methods
• Measurement and quality control of finished parts
• Adjustment and optimization of existing programs
• Ongoing maintenance and preparation of the machines

Who are you?

We imagine that you are educated as an industrial technician, machinist or have equivalent practical experience with CNC machining.

It is important that you have experience with Edgecam , and that you can independently program, set up and run the tasks. You work reliably from technical drawings and have an understanding of tolerances, metrology and quality.
