The role is for you who can take responsibility for quality without someone looking over your shoulder. You must be able to work thoroughly with CNC machining and metrology, and you must speak up if something is off. It is not assembly line work, as specials and finishing are a real part of the job.

Everyday: CNC, metrology and finishing

Your everyday The day is about CNC machining, where the parts must run correctly from setup to inspection. You follow up with metrology and quality assurance, so the finished parts meet the targets and the finish that has been agreed. When a task requires adjustment, you tackle the problem and get it properly resolved.

You will among other things work with

• Works with CNC machining of metal workpieces
• Checks dimensions and quality on finished components
• Solves tasks with specials, automation and finishing
• Sets up, programs and changes tooling at CNC machines
• Adjusts programs and processes when the subject requires it

Here it is about precision in small components, so you must be comfortable measuring and delivering something that lasts. If something is troublesome, it is better to say so right away than to send something half-finished.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have at least 3 years of experience as an industrial technician
• Have a driving license
• Can work safely with CNC machining
• Are sharp on metrology and quality assurance
• Say if something does not add up
