You will become part of our Adoption team , where we help companies get more out of their Microsoft 365 platform and Copilot – through courses, workshops and hands-on teaching.

Who are you?

You are a natural-born communicator – and you love seeing people succeed with new knowledge. You have an instructional or teaching background, e.g., as a teacher, trainer or from another role where you stood in front of people and made technology understandable.

We imagine that you

• Have teaching experience – and a desire to teach both in person and online
• Are interested in Microsoft 365 and Copilot – and can either already teach it or are keen to learn it quickly
• Go the extra mile and take pride in delivering quality – every time
• Are autonomous and structured – you can plan your time, prepare yourself and manage your own calendar
• Enjoy being on the go – you would typically teach 2–4 days a week around the country
• Want to be involved in developing courses, content and teaching materials
• Are curious about feedback – all courses are evaluated, and we are constantly improving

Your role

As an instructor in the Adoption team you will be an important part of our customer journey. You help ensure that users understand and leverage their Microsoft solutions – and that they have a good experience with both you and timengo.

You will do

• Instruct in Microsoft 365 and Copilot, both on-site with customers and online
• Plan and prepare your courses so they fit the target audience and create value
• Be on the road 2–4 days a week, and manage your own time with responsibility and flexibility
• Contribute to the development of course content and teaching materials
• Engage with customers and participants, and ensure a good experience before, during and after the course
• Receive and use feedback, so we improve together – and create even more value
