Insulation of ceilings & cavity walls - freedom under responsibility - 4-day week

We are a good little team in Rødekro that need a new colleague for insulation of ceilings and hollow walls.

The work consists of insulating hollow walls and ceilings with insulation machines.

We report daily to the company in Rødekro at 07:00 from which we drive out in Southern Jutland, the Triangle Region and Funen - also with excursions to the Aarhus area. We are home for knock-off at 17:00, but smaller fluctuations may occur.

You will work with loose fill/granulate that does not itch like regular batts, as all insulation is carried out with machines.

We run a 4-day week Monday-Thursday 07:00-17:00 and have Friday off.

We have fun and value a good everyday life where good humor and a good tone of voice are important. You should be able to contribute to that.

Salary, pension, SH and health insurance according to the collective agreement/local agreement between 3F and DI/Dansk Byggeri with various personal allowances.

Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important is that you are ready to learn new things. We will train you along the way.

You must have a driving license for passenger cars (B) and for trucks/tractor units (C) and you must have experience driving a tractor unit.

We perform insulation work for both private and commercial customers. A good and proper appearance is therefore important.

It is important that you are reliable because a large part of the work takes place in teams and because we work with a high degree of freedom with responsibility. We expect you to be in good physical shape and able to get stuck in.
