Integration Architect - Technical ownership and build-out Initiate A/S - 1128 Copenhagen, Denmark

Initiate is a specialized consulting firm with approximately 30 employees focused on BI, data platforms and cloud. We are now strategically expanding our business area within Azure integration and are seeking a senior integration architect who will take the technical responsibility to establish reference architecture, standards and governance for the area.

You will play a central role in our future positioning and report directly to the management team led by Allan Pinholt Poulsen, Consulting Manager.

Your areas of responsibility and mandate

As an integration architect you will have the overall technical responsibility for our deliverables and act as the driving force in complex projects:

• Establishment of reference architecture for the Azure integration platform.
• Technical leadership (SPOC) on complex client deliveries including some of our major utility companies.
• Advising at strategic and operational levels regarding architecture choices and governance.
• Development of best practices and patterns that will form the foundation for our growth in the integration domain.

Your professional profile

We are looking for an architect who can take control and translate business needs into scalable architecture:

• Deep technical insight into Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, etc.).
• We expect you to be familiar with concepts such as REST, SOAP, claim-check, dead-letter queues, CloudEvents, SWAGGER and know how to practically implement these.
• Experience with modern integration patterns, including API-first, microservices and event-driven architecture.
• We expect you to have 5+ years of experience with Azure integrations, but we are very open to candidates with a strong profile and high learning curve, even if seniority is shorter.
• If you have experience with integrations to support business-critical processes and systems such as ERP (e.g., Dynamics F&O) that would be advantageous.
• You communicate confidently in Danish and have a Danish work permit.
