Intern estimator for sale - Building constructor

We are seeking an internal sales employee with experience from the construction industry, who has technical understanding and can contribute to our quotation and sales department. You will become an important part of the team, where you will translate customers' needs into concrete solutions and quotes.

As an internal sales employee you will be a central part of our sales organization. You will work closely with both customers, colleagues and partners to ensure that offers/quotes and projects are prepared correctly, efficiently and with high quality. The position requires technical insight, overview and the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of offers and pricing based on building drawings and quantity take-offs.
• Advice and technical sparring with customers and partners.
• Support to salespeople and project managers in connection with offers and orders.
• Contact with customers by phone and email – friendly and professional communication.
• Follow-up on ongoing offers and projects.
• Participation in the development and optimization of internal processes and systems.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience from the construction industry and practical understanding of construction processes.
• Familiarity with building drawings and ability to take off quantities for offers and calculations.
• Educational background as Building Constructor, Carpenter or similar.
• Experience with thin-sheet steel, facade and wall cladding is welcome.
• Familiar with IT and quotation systems (e.g., Excel, BC, CAD, drawing programs or similar).

• Structured, detail-oriented and able to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Service-minded and communicative, with focus on customer satisfaction.

• Independent, but at the same time team-oriented and cooperative.
