We are a dynamic recruitment company in the heart of Aarhus C, dedicated to creating tailored recruitment solutions that work in practice. We are a passionate team consisting of consultants who are driven to create the perfect match between talented candidates and exciting companies across industries.

We are now looking for interns for the spring semester 2027 and we adapt to your studies with flexibility around start dates, writing days and exams. As an intern you will become an integrated part of the team and have the opportunity to try your hand at all aspects of the recruitment process, as well as actively contribute to our continued growth.

Your primary tasks will be

• Search/screening of relevant candidates: Delve into the talent pool by identifying and screening potential candidates.
• Interviews: Actively participate in planning and conducting interviews and meetings, where you have the opportunity to contribute to finding the perfect match between candidates and companies.
• Communication work : Use your creative abilities to prepare candidate presentations and attractive job postings that strengthen relations with both candidates and clients and create a professional, positive experience for all parties.
• The recruitment process from A-Z : You will be involved in different parts of the process and gain insight into how we work from the first dialogue with the client to the final candidate.

In addition you will have the opportunity to work with, among other things, personality tests, HR-related tasks, SoMe, direct mail and marketing materials.

In other words you get a broad introduction to the recruitment field – while having the opportunity to dive deeper into the areas that interest you.

Who are we looking for?

Your field of study is not the most important for us. What matters is that you want to work with people, communication and recruitment, and that you approach the tasks with curiosity and a can-do attitude.

Experience with recruitment is not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on your motivation, your commitment and your desire to develop.
