One of your tasks will be to find the most skilled and competent candidates on the market for our clients. Your duties will also include handling incoming applications and communicating with relevant candidates about open positions advertised through JKS. Including ongoing focus on new networks, portals and trends.

Duties

• Administrative tasks
• Coordination and planning of staffing solutions
• Telephone contact with clients and candidates
• Phone screening of candidates and conducting interviews
• Participation in client meetings
• Occasional office work
• Ad hoc tasks

About you

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education at bachelor or master level. Your field of study is not decisive; the most important is that you want to become a true JKS’ER with passion, dedication and above all have an ambitious approach to your own and your team’s tasks.

• Your work style is independent and structured
• You are adaptable and thrive in a busy environment with varying tasks
• You can speak and write Danish and English
• You are engaged and keen to learn
• You are proficient with IT and enjoy getting to know new systems

Start

We expect to start in January 2027 or by agreement.

We offer

An internship lasting 3-5 months with ongoing start times depending on your studies and internship periods. As an intern you will join on equal footing with other consultants in the team. In general, the internship will be a full-time position (37 hours), but we will of course accommodate any elective courses and exams that may occur during the period.
