Internal Sales Assistant – SITE-SECURITY A/S, Esbjerg

Do you enjoy giving customers a great experience, getting quotes out the door, and taking calls? Then you may be our new Internal Sales Assistant.

SITE-SECURITY A/S is growing, and our sales team needs a strong colleague on the inside. You will be the link between our customers, our salespeople and the rest of the company – and you will help ensure that no customer is forgotten.

About SITE-SECURITY

SITE-SECURITY A/S develops, manufactures and leases mobile surveillance units for construction sites and critical infrastructure across Denmark. We have more than 18 models, our own approved control center – one of the few on the market – and the customer platform SITE-SECURITY 360, where customers get an overview of their security in one login. In addition, we lease hybrid generators.

We are a growth company based in Esbjerg. Things move quickly, decisions are made close to those who perform the work, and good ideas are used.

Your tasks

You will support our sales team and be a central point of contact for our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Quotes: prepare and send quotes for our 360-degree security solutions – mobile security systems, alarm systems, perimeter protection, GPS tracking and access control, as well as optional AI video analysis – and follow up on them
• Customer Service: answer inquiries from customers by phone and email and assist with orders, changes, delivery and pickup of equipment
• Follow-up: call customers we haven’t spoken to in a while, find out what they need, and translate conversations into new orders
• Sales Support: keep our CRM updated, prepare material for the salespeople and assist with ongoing cases
• Coordination: work closely with logistics, installation and our control center, so customers get what we promise

You will be part of a small, action-oriented team where your effort has a direct impact on our results.

Who are you?

• Like talking to customers and are not afraid to answer the phone
• Are structured and good at keeping track of many tasks at once
• Have experience with sales, customer service or administration – experience from construction, security or B2B is a plus
• Are familiar with IT, Office and CRM systems
• Speak and write Danish fluently and can cope in English
• Take ownership, follow things through and enjoy seeing results
