Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke søger to praktikanter til foråret 2027

Are you a skilled communicator, and would you produce content that moves something, both digitally and in real life? Do you want to learn more about how campaigns can create political engagement and social change? Then we hope you will try your hand at NGO communication as an intern in Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke's communication and engagement team.

About the internship

As an intern with us you will gain hands-on experience with communication, branding and events that create engagement in real life. You will become part of a dedicated and curious team with an office in Nørrebro. Here you will work closely with skilled campaigners, press officers, political advisers, program planners and branding specialists and gain practical experience with branding, events and communication in a political NGO.

We tailor your program according to your interests and can offer a program within a combination of these fields:

• Events and engagement: Communication before, during and after live events, gatherings and campaign activities.
• Branding and identity: Development of the brand through consistent visual and narrative communication.
• Digital communication: Production and development of content for websites, social media and other digital platforms with focus on formats and audiences.
• Conversion-focused campaigns : Content production for political and activist campaigns in close collaboration with the rest of the team, creating knowledge and nudging behavior.
• Press and positioning: Production of news for the website, op-eds and press pitches.

About you

We are looking for two different internship profiles, and you therefore do not need to be able to do everything or be interested in all of the areas above. The most important is that you want to work with communication and engagement and can see yourself in some of the tasks and fields we work with.

You are

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree
• Initiative-taking and a strong communicator – both in writing and orally
• Motivated to learn and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Interested in one or more of our areas – e.g., events and engagement, digital communication, branding, campaigns, press or political communication

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with e.g., event work, copywriting, photography, video, graphic content, social media, press or other forms of communication. You do not need to have experience with or interest in all of the areas. We are interested in different profiles and welcome you to apply based on the professional areas that motivate you.

Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke has worked for hope and agency since 1944. We work to create a more just, peaceful and sustainable world without poverty, discrimination and oppression. In these years we are purposefully strengthening our communications and engagement work through event-focused initiatives, campaign activities and innovative communication efforts that create visibility, community and facilitate stronger encounters with our target audiences in Denmark.
