TALENT ACQUISITION IN A PROFESSIONAL SETUP

At PeopleLink we work with a wide range of interesting and professional clients who use our expertise when they need to find their next key employee – director, manager or specialist. Our search function, which ensures identifying, contacting and engaging candidates for our open positions, forms the engine room of our recruitment processes. And that’s where you come in! Your role is to assist our search-team in the projects and ensure that we continuously build pipelines of candidates that match the needs.

Effective search starts with you

You will become part of our search-team, and your primary task is to contribute to optimizing and streamlining our search processes as well as supporting the team with analyses, searches and various administrative/practical tasks. You will primarily work with the initial part of our recruitment processes – from the preparation phase up to the point where a qualified candidate field has been gathered.

Your focus is to optimize systems, workflows and methods that support progress in the search processes. You can therefore largely contribute to shaping the role, and you have many opportunities to create a visible impact of your efforts. You will also be involved in the current Search & Selection projects, where your main tasks include

• Conduct analyses and research, including about companies, the candidate market, key figures etc.
• Create projects in our systems and initiate initial research and search
• Develop and maintain talent and knowledge databases
• Quality assure job postings, categorizations and campaigns
• Conduct data analysis in relation to ads, projects and campaigns – and not least to retain and share your knowledge

Your primary tools are our ATS (applicant tracking system) and the LinkedIn Recruiter PRO+ tool.

Interest, insight and sense for people and business

We imagine that you are in the process of completing your degree or starting soon, e.g., cand.merc. or cand.negot. If you have relevant experience from student jobs, internships or voluntary activities, that is a plus.

You will have the opportunity to work with talent acquisition in a professional setup, and you get the best framework to build knowledge and experience with recruitment across different industries, companies, value chains and organizations. You will receive the support and knowledge you need, and it is therefore important to us that you are curious, quick to learn and not afraid to dive into new tasks.

It is also important for your success in the role that you are analytical, system-strong and able to think both strategically and conceptually, while understanding practical implications and naturally understanding the customer’s and candidate’s perspective.

Along the way you will learn to analyze the market, assess profiles and match people and companies. As you work your way into the role, you will gradually take on more responsibility.
