Internal Quality Assessment Specialist

Esoft Vietnam is a Danish-owned company, established in Vietnam since 2007, specializing in post-production imaging services in the real estate field for international clients (mainly in Europe, the Americas, and Australia).

The production department receives data from foreign clients such as photos, 2D, 3D, videos…, then performs editing, post-production, color correction and image quality optimization to ensure the product meets professional standards before handover.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and conduct evaluation
• Carry out evaluations according to schedule, scope, client/product code priority and approved sampling rules.
• Check Job Info, client instructions, checklist, standards and related data before each evaluation round.
• Proactively respond when information or evaluation criteria are unclear.
• Check the completed product/file based on the checklist, Job Info, client instructions and quality standards.
• Provide a conclusion Pass/Fail based on evaluation results and current standards, ensuring independence from QC/Production.
• Record defects and report results
• Record defects by defect code and severity as defined, with full information and evidence to ensure traceability.
• When requested, verify compliance of the process, QC steps, Job Information and control requirements within the checklist scope.
• Update evaluation results on time in the system/report, including scope of evaluation, number of samples, Pass/Fail results and detected defects.
• Maintain professional competency
• Participate in training and periodic calibration evaluations.
• Maintain consistency in understanding standards, identifying and classifying defects, as well as making evaluation conclusions.
• Proactively update knowledge about the product, customer instructions, checklist and evaluation procedures.
• Coordinate and hand over results
• Deliver evaluation results and evidence to relevant parties for analysis or improvement activities when needed.
• Coordinate with related departments to clarify data and evidence within the scope of responsibility.
• Reassess as required and report results with accurate evidence.
• Do not unilaterally change evaluation criteria without approval.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience in QC, quality inspection, Production or roles requiring detailed inspection is preferred.
• Ability to observe, pay attention to details and maintain focus when handling a large volume of samples.
• Ability to read and understand documents/instructions in English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Honest, objective, compliant with standards and responsible for work results.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Round 1 – Registration & Screening: Candidates read the JD and complete the registration form along with screening questions. Then Quality will review further work experience and results to select candidates for the next round.
• Round 2 – Interview & Exercise presentation: Candidates who pass the screening will receive a pre-assessment task: Check 3 images → analyze results → prepare PowerPoint → present results. At the assessment session, candidates will present the task and participate in an interview in the same session.
• Result: Pass/Fail after the assessment.
