As an interviewer at Voxmeter you help collect data through personal interviews with everyone from Mr. and Mrs. Denmark to directors and CFOs. You will receive thorough training so you are well prepared for the task, and you can work in the way that suits you best.

About the job

As an interviewer at Voxmeter you work on collecting data for analyses and surveys.

Your primary task will be to participate in our hall tests, where you meet respondents in person – typically in connection with events, cinemas or other locations.

In addition, during periods without hall tests you will work as a home interviewer, conducting interviews via phone or online.

This means you will have a versatile role, working out among people and more flexibly from home.

Face-to-face interviewer (Hall tester)

As a face-to-face interviewer you conduct interviews in person, e.g. on streets, in large shopping centers, at events or in selected local areas.

You can work as a telephone interviewer, face-to-face interviewer or combine both forms.

Telephone interviewer from home (Home interviewer)

As a telephone interviewer you work from home and conduct interviews by phone in our professional interview system.

It is an advantage if you have experience with interviews, customer contact, service or sales, but it is absolutely not a requirement. It is also an advantage if you can another language besides Danish and English. The most important is that you want to learn and are good at meeting people at eye level.

Practical

• Working hours: Flexible – day, evening and weekend. Ideally at least 2 times per week.
• Work location: From home and/or in the field
• Start: As soon as possible
• Salary: 120 DKK per hour
• Face-to-face interviewer pay supplement: 200 DKK per day for 8 hours of work

Voxmeter A/S was founded in 1997 and is an independent, Danish-owned company. Voxmeter has its headquarters in Copenhagen and has had a programming department in Vietnam since 2003. We employ about 30 staff plus 150 interviewers. In addition, we have close partners, both in Denmark and abroad.
