About the team

You will become part of Backoffice investments, based in Aars. Here you will have ten dedicated colleagues who support each other both professionally and personally. We support the investment area administratively and ensure a professional handling of securities, settlement, reporting and investment-related inquiries.

We sit close to various specialists within the investment area. This means that you will get close to the investment market and be able to keep your finger on the pulse in a market that constantly evolves and is influenced by global economic events.

About the job

You will solve a range of specialized tasks and navigate in different IT systems in both Danish and English. The tasks include:

• settlement of securities and financial instruments (trades and transfers)
• corporate actions, including dividends, issuances and voluntary offers
• derivative handling
• depository handling
• handling of stock savings accounts
• reconciliation and quality assurance of investment processes
• handling of mortgage deeds
• participation in development and optimization of workflows
• cooperation with external partners and depository banks.

We have daily contact with both partners, depository banks and our associated data center to find solutions to investment-related challenges.

Additionally, the job will, in time, also include support in the investment area to the savings bank's branches and other business areas.

• are structured and detail-oriented – also with routine tasks

• can communicate in English both orally and in writing.

If you already have knowledge of the investment area or experience from the financial sector, that is an advantage. The most important thing is that you want to learn and become part of the professional and social community in the department.
