IT Asset Manager with a focus on Hardware Asset Management

Do you want to help develop Energinet's Hardware Asset Management?

Do you have experience with Hardware Asset Management and ServiceNow, and are you motivated by creating structure, automation and high data quality? Then you could be the specialist we are looking for to further develop our Hardware Asset Management area.

As an IT Asset Manager you will have a central role in the continued development of our Hardware Asset Management practice. Together with a colleague you are the specialist in the area and ensure that our hardware assets are supported by efficient processes, reliable data and strong integrations.

Become part of Operations Development at Energinet

You will become part of a team in Fredericia, working with IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB and data quality across the organization. The team creates transparency and ensures a solid basis for decision-making in a complex IT landscape.

We work closely with technical specialists, platform owners and suppliers, and you will have a great opportunity to influence the development of the area.

You develop and strengthen our Hardware Asset Management

As a specialist in the area you will, among other things, be responsible for

• further develop Hardware Asset Management and ensure optimal utilization of the platform's possibilities
• drive automation and integrations related to hardware lifecycle management
• ensure high quality in hardware and asset data
• support the alignment between Hardware Asset Management, CMDB and other processes
• analyze data and identify improvement opportunities in the asset management area
• in addition you collaborate closely with your colleague in the area and contribute to reporting, governance and ongoing optimization

You combine specialist knowledge with a structured and analytical mindset

We envision that you

• have a relevant higher education degree in IT and several years of experience with Hardware Asset Management
• have practical experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management
• have understanding of CMDB and related functions
• have experience with or knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL)
• have experience with automation, integrations and data flows
• work in a structured and analytical way
• thrive in the role of specialist and advisor
• communicate well with both technical and business stakeholders
