Job Description

In Netcompany we are looking for both newly graduated candidates with a relevant master's degree – or equivalent experience – who want to work as an 'IT Consultant' at the intersection of technology, business and people. Do you want to help develop some of Denmark's most complex and society-critical IT solutions, where software development, project management and close customer contact are a central part of the daily work?

Work tasks and technologies

As an IT Consultant you contribute to translating the customer's needs into the right technical solution. We use the technology that is right for the project and the customer. It is therefore important that you enjoy working with new, varying areas and technologies to continuously increase your knowledge.

A large part of our projects are based on web-based technologies such as Angular or React and Java or C# on a Java or .NET platform. In addition, we work with many standard platforms from among others Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire among others.

As an IT Consultant you contribute to all parts of system development with a strong focus on the technical tasks. Your tasks and areas of responsibility will vary from project to project and develop over time – but your daily work will typically be characterized by tasks such as:

• Setting up and developing frameworks as well as integrations
• Implementation of features in the user interface
• Configuration and development of extensions to standard platforms
• Automation of business processes in the form of e.g. batch jobs
• Developing tools and scripts for migrating large amounts of data

Our assignments include some of Denmark's most innovative and business-critical IT projects in both the public sector, municipalities and Danish business life, and you will therefore be involved in shaping and improving daily life for a large part of the population.

About you

We imagine that you have a master's degree in, for example, Computer Science, Software, IT, Mathematical Modelling or similar. In addition, we imagine that you:

• Are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience – most important is that you are passionate about taking your IT career to the next level
• Possess solid IT technical skills in object-oriented programming
• Have a basic knowledge of software development and are motivated to develop your competencies
• Think analytically, have a high drive and work in a structured way
