Job Description

At Netcompany we are looking for both newly graduated candidates with a relevant master’s degree – or equivalent experience – who want to work as an IT Consultant at the intersection of technology, business, and people. Do you want to be involved in developing some of Denmark’s most complex and societally critical IT solutions, where software development, project management, and close customer contact are central to daily life?

Responsibilities and technologies

As an IT Consultant you contribute to translating the customer’s needs into the right technical solution. We use the technology that is right for the project and the customer. It is therefore important that you enjoy working with new and varied areas and technologies in order to continually develop your skills.

A large portion of our projects are based on web technologies such as Angular or React, as well as Java or C# on a Java- or .NET platform. In addition, we work with many standard platforms from, among others, Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire and more.

As an IT Consultant you contribute to all parts of the system development with a strong focus on the technical tasks. Your tasks and areas of responsibility will vary from project to project and develop over time – but your daily life will usually be characterized by tasks such as:

• Construction and development of frameworks and integrations
• Implementation of features in the user interface
• Configuration and development of extensions to standard platforms
• Automation of business processes, for example in the form of batch jobs
• Development of tools and scripts for migrating large datasets

Our assignments include some of Denmark’s most innovative and mission-critical IT projects in both state, municipalities and industry, and you will therefore be involved in shaping and improving everyday life for a large part of the population.

About you

We imagine that you have a master’s degree in, for example, Computer Science, software development, or similar. In addition, we imagine that you:

• Are a recent graduate or have a couple of years of experience – the most important is that you are passionate about taking your IT career to the next level
• Have good IT technical skills in object-oriented programming
• Have basic knowledge of software development and are motivated to develop your skills
• Think analytically, have high drive and work in a structured way
