MT Højgaard Holding is one of Denmark's leading players in construction, civil engineering and infrastructure. The group is listed on Nasdaq OMX and works purposefully to strengthen its position and ensure sustainable, long-term development.

Your role

You will take a central role in IT Operations and become the link between infrastructure, security and the business. You will work broadly with operations, troubleshooting and automation – in close collaboration with colleagues and suppliers.

Your primary tasks will be

• Operations and maintenance of servers and platforms (Windows/Linux)
• Identity and access management (AD/Azure AD/Entra), M365 and device management (Intune)
• Security (patching, baseline checks)
• Backup and recovery (e.g. Veeam) and testing of contingency/DR scenarios
• Automation and scripting (PowerShell or similar) and documentation
• Support of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) and ongoing process improvements
• Contribute to cloud initiatives in relevant areas

About you

You have experience from a similar operations role and thrive on taking ownership, creating structure and following tasks through to completion.

We expect that you have

• Solid experience with classic infrastructure operations (servers and security)
• Practical experience with M365/Intune and identity management (AD/Entra)
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Familiarity with backup/recovery (preferably Veeam) and disaster recovery tests
• Familiarity with Azure and/or other cloud platforms
• An analytical, persistent approach and good collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate clearly to both technicians and the business

MT Højgaard Holding offers

• A high degree of responsibility and influence in a group in development
• An informal, professionally ambitious environment with skilled colleagues
• Good opportunities for professional development and certifications
• Workplace in Søborg and primarily onsite work
