Achieve success as an IT consultant in Digitalisation and IT at the North Jutland Region

We offer a position where you have the opportunity to work broadly with technologies and systems that are in the region's client platform, infrastructure, network and application operations, and over time specialize within a specific professional area. You will participate in extended fault diagnosis in inquiries to IT from the North Jutland Region's 15,000 users in close collaboration with other specialists. The position provides an opportunity to gain experience to later further specialize.

Professional profile

The following tasks are typical for the job

• 2nd level fault diagnosis
• Support implementation of AI and language models in IT support
• Administration in Azure, M365 and work with the latest cloud technologies
• Powershell scripting
• Daily sparring with 3rd level specialists
• Rectify technical IT problems
• Information and communication to the end user
• Installation of OS and other software
• Troubleshooting hardware and software faults on PCs and mobile devices
• Prepare guides and documentation

About you

You are a newly graduated IT technologist, computer scientist or equivalent. If you have several years of IT experience from a similar position we also would like to hear from you.

You are structured, have an overview, can maintain focus and follow up on tasks to the end. A proactive approach to tasks comes naturally to you, and you take ownership when things require a little extra. Communication feels natural to you, and you thrive in the role of IT consultant. If you have knowledge of Microsoft Server, AD, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow and public clinical IT systems, this is a plus but not decisive.

About Digitalisation and IT

Digitalisation and IT is the North Jutland Region's central IT department with 350 employees, whose core task is to IT-support and further develop the region's health services, as well as to contribute to coherence, efficiency and quality in the overall task solution.

Digitalisation and IT covers IT solutions within both the Health Sector, Specialty Sector, Regional Development and Administration, but the majority of the region's IT effort is concentrated within the Health Sector.

Employment terms

Working hours are 37 hours per week.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement for administration and IT staff, etc. Entered with HK or the agreement for academics employed in regions, etc., entered by the relevant AC organizations depending on your educational background.
