For our client, BPW Finans A/S, in Kolding we are seeking an IT Coordinator who will participate in daily IT operations and support across five Danish companies with approximately 200 employees.

THE TEAM

You will become part of a small local IT team where you will take on a broad role with responsibility for support, operations, coordination and documentation. You will act as a link between users, external suppliers and the group’s IT function in Germany and contribute to ensuring that IT solutions support the business as effectively as possible.

At the same time, the company is undertaking several exciting IT initiatives, including the implementation of Business Central and a continued modernization of the IT landscape with a focus on cloud-based solutions and increased use of Microsoft 365.

THE POSITION

With reference to the IT Manager, you will, together with your colleague, be an important sparring partner for the organization and will be responsible for ensuring that IT-related tasks are handled efficiently and followed through.

Your main tasks will be to

• Ensure effective 2nd level support for users across the Danish companies.
• Coordinate support cases between users, group IT in Germany and external suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain PCs, mobile phones, headsets and other user equipment.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs and change management processes.
• Ensure correct registration and handling of support cases in the ticket system.
• Support operations and administration of networks, telephony, printers and local infrastructure.
• Contribute to Business Central projects and other IT initiatives.
• Support the organization’s use of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Microsoft Teams.

CANDIDATE

We envision that you have experience from an operations or support function, either from an internal IT department or an IT supplier. You are motivated by a varied daily life where you combine technical understanding with coordination and close collaboration with both users and partners.

As a person, you are proactive, structured and good at creating momentum. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks and ensure good follow-up. At the same time, you communicate fluently in Danish and English and understand the value of documentation and well-functioning processes.

Your educational background is not decisive, but you may have a diploma as IT support, data technician or similar. The most important is that you have solid technical understanding and preferably experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 or other cloud-based solutions. If you also have experience coordinating across suppliers and stakeholders, that is an advantage.
