IT Project Manager for Digital at Sund & Bælt

Are you passionate about project management with a strong technical edge? As IT Project Manager at Sund & Bælt you will have a central role in driving technically complex IT and software development projects that support our business and societally critical tasks.

You will be responsible for leading projects from early ideas and analyses to implementation and realization of benefits. The role requires you to create momentum in complex organisations, navigate between business and technology and ensure that different stakeholders work towards common goals. We are looking for an experienced project manager who is motivated by creating change, building strong relationships and delivering concrete results.

The position

You will become part of Digital, where we work with development, modernization and implementation of digital solutions that support Sund & Bælt's business. Here you will have a central role in driving cross-functional projects across the organisation.

You work closely with the business, management, architects, specialists and external suppliers to ensure that the projects create value and are anchored in the organisation.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for translating strategic ambitions into concrete results through strong project management and effective execution. You must be able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, handle many dependencies and ensure momentum from idea to implementation and realization of benefits. You will among other things:

• Drive digital transformation and implementation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure project progress, finances, quality, scope and risk management.
• Facilitate steering groups, workshops and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate collaboration between business, IT and external suppliers.
• Ensure organizational implementation, change management and realization of benefits.

Your background

You have experience in driving complex IT or digitisation projects and thrive in the role of the person who brings people together, creates direction and ensures progress. We imagine that you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or programme management.
• Have documented experience in delivering larger technical, digital projects or change initiatives.
• Have experience with project management methods such as PRINCE2, PMI, Agile or similar.
• Have strong competencies in stakeholder management, communication and executive support.
