About the job IT security architect

Would you like to help secure information security in one of the largest transformations in Forca's history? As an IT security architect you will have a central role in an environment where security, architecture, risk management and supplier dialogue must be closely integrated, and where you must be able to advise, challenge and work practically with concrete technical solutions.

Strengthen technical information security across architecture, risk and suppliers

As IT security architect you will become Forca's technical security sparring partner in an organization where information security must be ensured through clear requirements, governance, risk assessments and supplier dialogue. You will be the link between the information security team, the business, IT, architects, operations, Netcompany and other suppliers and will have an important role in ensuring that security is thought into architecture, supplier selection, contracts and system risk assessments.

You must be able to assess solutions, challenge architecture choices, set the right security requirements and translate technical issues into clear risks, recommendations and a basis for decisions. The role also requires that you have a practical approach and can work with concrete technical security tasks when needed, including security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, where you can configure or adjust the setup.

Technically strong security profile with a practical approach

We envision that you are an experienced security professional who has worked with technical information security in complex IT environments. You may, for example, come from a role as security architect, technical security specialist or another relevant role, where you have built up a solid understanding of IT and security architecture and have practical experience with concrete security platforms, configurations and technical security measures. You thrive in the intersection between technology, risk management and governance and have experience in evaluating solutions, suppliers and security controls.

You would preferably have worked with outsourcing, vendor management, risk assessments, ISMS or security principles and be familiar with relevant frameworks such as ISO 27001. Knowledge of NIS2 and DORA is an advantage, and the same goes for experience from the pension, insurance or financial sector. As a person you are dialogue-seeking, self-driven and clear in your communication, and you can create a common understanding of security choices across business, architects, operations, suppliers and leaders.

The position is located in Forca's information security team, which covers a wide range of security areas, including GRC, information security risk management, ISMS, readiness, awareness, third-party risk management, IAM and technical security.
