As our new IT support apprentice you will be part of a lively, dynamic educational environment that is constantly developing. We are 10 skilled, dedicated IT staff who contribute with high professionalism and provide support to about 6500 users distributed across administration, teachers and students at Syddansk Erhvervsskole and other schools in the administrative community, including Rosborg Gymnasium, Rødkilde Gymnasium and Campus Vejle.

The job

You will participate in the daily work with operations, maintenance, user support and ad hoc tasks, among other things:

• User support for students and staff
• Troubleshooting on Windows and Mac operating systems
• Troubleshooting and configuration of our Cisco network
• Tasks in our Windows server environment
• Configuration and installation of PC, mobile phones, printers and other peripheral equipment.

It is an advantage if you also have an interest in Apple/Mac equipment.

Employment

The position is full-time, i.e. 37 hours per week including breaks and with salary, pension and employment in accordance with the Common Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organisations – The State Sector, currently as of 18 June 2026, as well as the collective agreement for Craftsmen and technicians, currently as of 7 May 2025.

The employment follows your apprenticeship agreement and expires without further notice when you are trained.

The workplace is in Vejle.

Start date 11 January 2027.
