Are you passionate about IT support, and motivated to find solutions when the technology misbehaves? Would you also like to work in an international production environment where well-functioning IT is essential for daily operations? Then you may be our new IT Supporter in Global IT, Gråsten.

In Global IT you will have a diverse daily life, where you help colleagues with their IT challenges, work with modern Microsoft technologies, and support the IT infrastructure that keeps our production and business running. You will become part of a strong professional team with both local and global interfaces.

IT plays a central role in our continued growth and development. As an IT Supporter, you will be part of a team of nine employees in a global IT organization with a total of 30 colleagues. Together you ensure stable, modern, and efficient IT solutions for the business areas BHJ and Essentia Protein Solutions. You will have a broad role with daily support, operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and opportunities to contribute to projects and new solutions.

Responsibilities and tasks

You will among other things work with

• IT support and Helpdesk at Level 1 and 2
• Support and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Support of business applications and IoT devices
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Troubleshooting on clients, networks, and other IT infrastructure
• Administration of users, devices, and access rights
• Preparation of SOPs, user guides, and Knowledge Base articles
• Participation in IT projects and implementation of new solutions
• Automation and optimization of processes
• Support to colleagues across our global locations

Competencies and personal profile

We imagine that you have a solid IT toolbox and thrive with both technical challenges and close contact with users.

You

• Are educated as an IT supporter or have a corresponding IT-related background
• Have several years of experience with IT support in a professional organization
• Have solid experience with Microsoft-based IT infrastructure
• Have experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and cloud-based solutions
• Have experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Have experience with networks, client administration, and hardware
• Communicate professionally in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing
• Work structured and solution-oriented and take pride in delivering good service
• Are prepared to join a formal 24/7 IT on-call rotation
