We operate critical IT solutions for our customers and work primarily with open source and cloud technologies. We are currently looking for an experienced IT support engineer for our Service Desk in Aalborg, who wants to take initiative and help us make our operation even more efficient.

Become part of our Service Desk in Aalborg

You will become part of our support team in Aalborg, where we sit a strong team of experienced specialists and engaged apprentices. Together we take care of the operation and ensure that our customers' systems always run as they should.

We want to make our Service Desk even smarter and automate more of the manual tasks. With us you won't be a classic 1st line supporter who resets passwords. You will have a everyday where you provide technical B2B support at eye level - often technician to technician. Beside the daily case handling you will have the opportunity to take an important role in driving our internal optimization projects.

The job and you

We are looking for a confident supporter who delivers good customer service and at the same time is passionate about making processes smarter with the help of new tools such as AI and automation.

You have experience from a technical IT Service Desk, so you are self-sufficient from the start. You dare to challenge the way we do things, and you are good at bringing your colleagues along. We work based on the ITIL framework.

We imagine you have experience with

• Service Desk: Receiving, registering and solving cases in a professional support function.
• Process optimization and scripting: Willingness and experience in automating routine tasks.
• AI and workflows: Curiosity about using tools such as Gemini in practice.
• Technical foundation: familiarity with Linux, open source, networks and cloud.
• ITIL: Experience with incident, problem and change management..

It's a plus if you

• Are good at talking to both customers and colleagues at eye level.
• Are proactive and quickly find solutions to problems.
• Have an IT education such as IT supporter or computer scientist, or equivalent practical experience.
