All-round IT Supporter for Arp-Hansen Hotel Group

As an IT support specialist at Arp-Hansen Hotel Group you will be an important part of everyday life across our hotels, hostels and Group Office. You help your colleagues when technology acts up, find solutions to both small and large IT challenges, and help ensure that our systems operate stably and efficiently.

You will have a versatile day-to-day with both user support, troubleshooting and maintenance – and a broad interface with colleagues with very different roles and IT skills. Therefore it is important that you are technically curious, service-minded and good at making IT simple and understandable.

Primary responsibilities and tasks

• Provide IT support to colleagues across the organization – both in person, via phone and remote support
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with hardware, software, networks, printing, telephony, TV solutions, etc.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, phones and other IT equipment
• Administer user accounts, access rights, software and system updates
• Contribute to IT security and ensure that our systems and data are handled securely
• Process and follow up on IT cases and document solutions and prepare guides

What we expect from you

• You have experience with Windows 11 and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Active Directory and networks
• You are good at finding solutions and work in a structured way when troubleshooting
• You communicate clearly and can make technical solutions understandable – also for colleagues who do not work with IT on a daily basis
• You are service-minded and meet your colleagues with patience and helpfulness
• You take responsibility for your tasks and follow them through
