About the position

The IT department is responsible for operation, support and development of Niels Brock's IT environment across the school's locations in Copenhagen. The IT department is an important and indispensable piece in the school's ambition to be Denmark's most innovative and international business school, and therefore the department works in close cooperation with the school's various programs and the administration.

As our new colleague, your primary tasks will be IT support, participation in IT projects and administration and ongoing optimization of the school's systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following tasks

• Support for students and staff via help desk, telephone and in-person service
• Administration of Microsoft 365
• Administration and support of the Miralix telephone system
• Installation, preparation and registration of hardware
• Operation and support of projectors, information displays and AV equipment
• Operation and support of wireless networks based on Cisco Meraki
• Support and administration of Ludus and LudusWeb
• Participation in IT projects and ongoing optimization of the school's systems and infrastructure
• Support of Mosyle and Apple School Manager

About you

You are motivated by freedom with responsibility and a great opportunity to influence your daily workday. You have a relevant IT education as well as 3-5 years of experience with IT support and modern IT operations. We expect that you have worked with Microsoft 365, Ludus, Mosyle as well as Cisco and Meraki solutions.

In addition, you have experience with administration, operation and troubleshooting in a modern IT environment and are service-minded, take responsibility and thrive with a broad contact surface. You work in a structured and independent manner, but also value collaboration with colleagues around you. In addition, you are eager to learn new things and actively contribute to the development of our IT environment.

As Niels Brock is an international educational institution, it is a prerequisite that you master Danish and English fluently in writing and speaking.

Employment terms

The position is full-time, and employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between HK Stat and the Ministry of Finance. There is an opportunity to apply for a supplement in accordance with the rules for new pay.

At Niels Brock we want to ensure working conditions that give a good balance between work-life and family-life. Niels Brock employees with children under 3 years have the option to apply for a 10% reduction in working hours without a salary reduction.

You must be able to present a clean criminal record.
