About the job

As an IT support technician at Rebild Municipality you will be part of a strong and experienced operations team consisting of 3 IT support technicians and 1 apprentice.

Our daily life is busy and characterized by varying tasks which include, among others

• user administration and role management
• general IT support, via a service desk system, remote support and phone.
• ordering and administration of equipment

Your profile

In the position as IT support technician it is expected that you work in a structured manner and are able to act as a coordinator on several tasks in a sometimes busy day.

You respect working according to established processes, while you work service-oriented with the user's needs at the center.

In addition, we expect that you

• have a relevant IT education with 2-3 years of professional experience from a similar position in the municipal sector
• Experience with user management and support in municipal systems from KMD and KOMBIT is an advantage
• have the will to make a difference for the individual user
• have the willingness and ability to help users at all levels
• are a flexible team player
• have a positive attitude to life
• are structured, meticulous with details and you feel comfortable in a daily life with many different tasks

Salary and employment terms

Employment and salary placement are made in accordance with the applicable collective agreement under the Ny Løn rules.

The position is 37 hours per week.
