IT Support Specialist for our Service Desk

Do you have good experience with service and support of IT solutions based on Microsoft’s hybrid solutions and Microsoft 365/Azure? We are now seeking a service-minded and responsible service and support consultant who would like to be part of a growth company that delivers “best of breed” products and solutions to the business sector. What can you expect in the position?

The position as a support consultant requires that you have solid experience servicing and supporting IT solutions. In addition, it is expected that you have previously worked with hybrid solutions in Microsoft 365/Azure.

Your tasks will include

• support customers by phone and via remote access
• service customers on-site in connection with setup and maintenance
• set up PCs and install programs
• create users and manage permissions as well as policies in AD/365
• assist users with Windows/Office/365
• set up remote access via RDP, VPN client software, etc.
• general troubleshooting on servers, clients, printers and networks

To succeed in the role you have strong professional as well as social skills and a natural desire to be part of an ambitious team. In addition, you can document substantial practical background through solid experience in the industry.

We expect that

• you deliver a high level of service to customers, work structurally and have a good ability to complete tasks
• you can stay calm in pressured situations where the customer expects a quick solution to their problem
• you are a strong team player who can establish relationships and actively support your team – even when it’s busy
• you understand the importance of coordinating and seeking sparring when the task requires it
• you speak and write Danish and English
• you have a driving license for a standard passenger car

In addition, we imagine that you are motivated to continuously learn new things and develop your competencies, while you as a person are smiling, outgoing and business-oriented, understood as being able to see things from the customer’s perspective and even take pride in having satisfied, happy customers.
