IT Support Employee for Samsø Municipality

Will you use your IT skills in a municipality where you quickly get to know both colleagues and the organization?

We are looking for an IT support employee for our IT department in a fixed-term position of 6 months. We are busy with a number of larger projects and digitization initiatives, and therefore we need an extra colleague on the team.

With us, you will become part of a small IT department with five employees, where we help each other, pull together, and maintain an informal tone.

Your tasks

You will help with daily IT support, among other things

• Support for the municipality's employees
• Preparation and setup of computers, phones and other IT equipment
• Troubleshooting hardware and software
• Creation and deactivation of users and access rights
• Assistance in resetting PCs
• Various practical IT tasks at the municipality's locations

Who are you?

You do not need a formal IT education or many years of experience. What matters is that you have solid IT skills and can contribute to the task solving from the start.

The most important things are that you

• Have a good grasp of IT and are curious about new technology
• Can troubleshoot and solve IT-related problems independently
• Are service-minded and meet users at eye level
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Thrive in a smaller organization where tasks are varied

You may have experience with IT support, or you may be a self-taught IT whiz. The most important thing is that you are eager to learn and contribute.

Employment terms

The position is fixed-term for 6 months and 30-37 hours per week with start as soon as possible.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
