I'm a new leader – would you like to be involved from the start?

Educator sought for the nursery at Børnehuset Kysten, Fyrtårnet department – 30-37 hours

Are you an educator who is passionate about the youngest children, strong relationships and pedagogical quality? And would you like to help set the direction in a developing early childhood education institution? Then we want you on board.

I am the new leader at Kysten, and I am ready to welcome you.

Right now we stand together on the edge of the water with a boat that needs to be launched. We do not yet know all the destinations, but we know that the journey is best when we sail together. We will explore, become wiser, adjust the course and create something we can be proud of.

Kysten consists of two sites, and right now we are looking for an educator for our nursery in Fyrtårnet.

You will be an important part of our shared journey

We have already started the journey of setting a professional direction for Kysten. This means, among other things, that together we shall explore:

• What constitutes good pedagogical quality for us?
• How do we work with strong relationships and presence in everyday life?

Here your input will be important. Together with the other staff you will help shape the pedagogical practice and set the direction for our continued journey.

I believe that quality is created together. Therefore, you will have a leader who dares to set the direction, is curious about practice and at the same time is receptive to professionalism, pedagogy and the people who make Kysten succeed every day.
