Recruitment Djursland is seeking on behalf of an exclusive jewelry company in Copenhagen a creative and skilled jewelry designer.

You will have the opportunity to put your personal mark on the development of a complete collection in gold, diamonds and precious stones.

Your main task will be to develop the collection as a whole – from the first ideas and sketches to a thoroughly developed, coherent and recognizable design language.

We are looking for someone who can see the individual piece and at the same time create a clear unifying thread across the entire collection.

Your tasks

• Development of the collection's concept, visual language and creative direction
• Design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry
• Preparation of sketches and design proposals
• Working with gold, diamonds, precious stones, proportions and details
• Assembly of materials, shapes and stones
• Preparation of CAD and 3D models, if you have experience with this
• Further development of ideas into a realistic production basis
• Sparring with goldsmiths and other professionals about materials, construction and feasibility
• Ensuring a clear and recognizable identity across the collection

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with jewelry design or the development of jewelry collections
• May be trained jewelry designer, goldsmith or have gained relevant competencies in another way
• Have a strong creative and aesthetic sense
• Have an eye for form, proportions, materials and details
• Can translate inspiration and ideas into concrete designs
• Understand the interplay between aesthetics and practical production
• Can create variation without losing the collection's overall identity
• Work independently and in a structured way
• Thrive with close creative and professional sparring
• Are keen to engage in a long-term collaboration

It is an advantage if you have experience with CAD, 3D modeling or other digital design tools, but it is not a requirement.
