About the role

In the role of customer service employee, your primary tasks will be to respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, find solutions to their challenges, and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Our customer service is open Monday–Friday 9:00–21:00 and Saturday–Sunday 11:00–17:00 (local time in Cyprus). You will have shifts during the day, in the evening, and on weekends. You start with a paid training program where you gain insights into the technical aspects of the job and learn how to deliver outstanding customer service.

Your daily tasks include

• Handling customer calls
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Administration of customer cases
• Working toward your KPIs for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, helpful, and driven by delivering good service
• Thrives in a dynamic work environment with strong community
• Has completed high school, speaks and understands Danish, and can speak English
