Job Consultant for Unemployment Benefits

Then you might be the person we need in the Unemployment Benefits Team at JobKolding.

As a job consultant in Team Dagpenge, your primary task is to be proactive with companies to create relevant job and internship opportunities.

Job seekers should be offered an internship no later than 26 weeks of unemployment. In close collaboration with the job advisors, your task will be:

• To establish and follow up on the internship that the citizen may have found themselves, or contribute to finding an internship.
• To spar with the citizens on how and where they can put their competencies to use
• Facilitation of group programs

You will also have close collaboration with consultants from other departments at JobKolding, you will participate among other things in:

• Network meetings with all job and company consultants in the labor market area with presentations, exchange of experiences and alignment of expectations regarding company collaboration.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.
