Job Consultant for Unemployment Benefits

Then you might be exactly what we are looking for in the Unemployment Benefit Team at JobKolding.

As a job consultant in the Unemployment Benefit Team, your primary task is to be proactive with companies to create relevant job and internship openings.

Job seekers should be offered internships no later than 26 weeks of unemployment. In close collaboration with the job counselors, your task will be:

• To establish and follow up on the internship that the citizen may have found themselves, or contribute to finding an internship.
• To spar with the citizens about how and where they can bring their skills into play
• Facilitating group programs

You will also have close collaboration with the consultants from other departments at JobKolding, and you will participate, for example, in:

• Networking meetings with all job and company consultants in the labor market area with presentations, exchange of experiences and alignment of expectations regarding collaboration with companies.

Employment is according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.
