Supervisors for PRO and TRA

Are you a visible leader who is motivated to create results through people, structure and strong operations?

We are seeking three engaged and action-oriented supervisors. You will be responsible for leading a shift in the printing house or production, where safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvements are decisive for success.

In the role you will have the opportunity to influence daily operations, develop employees and ensure that we deliver on time and in the right quality.

Your everyday

As a supervisor you will have the daily management responsibility for 20-30 employees consisting of operators, service functions and other staff on the shift. You will become a central part of production management and function as the link between production, planning and maintenance.

You will be responsible for coordinating the work on the team, ensuring high well-being and creating the best conditions for stable and efficient production. At the same time you will drive continuous improvements and ensure that safety and quality are always in focus.

Your main tasks

• Daily management of your own production team, and ensuring staffing matrix.
• Prioritization and coordination of tasks on the shift.
• Securing deliveries in accordance with production plans.
• Follow-up on KPIs and production results.
• Holding board meetings and PDCA meetings.
• Competence development and training of employees.
• Performance, care and personnel dialogues.
• Handling staffing, vacations, absence and sick leave.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environment and work environment requirements.
• Collaboration with maintenance on handling breakdowns and operational disturbances.
• Active participation in improvement projects and optimization of processes.
• Act as relief supervisor in PRO and TRA during their absence.

We imagine that you

• Have leadership experience from a manufacturing company or have the potential to take the next step as a leader.
• Have experience from production, operation or maintenance.
