Your competencies

You are good at involving and engaging others in our professional community. You are persuasive when you talk about the value of a professional membership with us and are able to talk to everyone across organizational levels. You come across positively and credibly and are really good at listening and making people feel comfortable.

You have an overview and work in a structured way and focus on achieving the goals and milestones set for your area. You also do not mind that your performance is continually evaluated. You show enthusiasm and determination and are able to negotiate and enter into clear agreements.

The job

The team consists of two professional consultants, where you will be one. In addition there is a case handler, two member advisors and five organizers. You will work with professional cases in an organized manner, where collaboration with the elected representatives and the workplace clubs is an important prerequisite for success.

The portfolio of tasks includes, among other things, to

• be familiar with collective agreements and their structure and handle cases in the labor relations system
• recruit, develop and maintain the relationship with union representatives and health and safety representatives
• ensure member growth at workplaces through cases, organizing and retention
• spot breach cases and drive collective cases in collaboration with the shop stewards and the sector
• handle and assess business transfers, mergers, etc.
• educate members and shop stewards
• have basic knowledge of collective labor law and the laws of the labor market.

The most important for us is that you have the competencies described under 'Competences'. We will make sure you are equipped professionally.

Salary and employment terms

The position is on average 37 hours per week including breaks, and the working hours are flexibly placed according to the task portfolio. The position is on a fixed flexible schedule, which means that evening and weekend work may be expected. It is a prerequisite that you have a driver’s license and a car available to be considered for the job.

We offer good salary and employment terms, including employer-paid pension scheme and a personal choice account. The salary is set based on the collective agreement and pay policy.

There will be a two-step interview process.

The first interview will be held on 27 October and the second interview on 30 October.
