With us we all contribute to a good work environment and good collegiality. You will thus be part of a strong and engaging community.

Your responsibilities

HR is diverse, and you must thrive to work both strategically and in a supporting role in the management room. Your focus will be to be a personnel-law sparring partner for leaders both internationally and for leaders at the country office in Denmark.

You will among other things handle the following tasks

  • Advising leaders within labor and employment law both nationally and internationally.

  • HR projects.

Your profile

You know your personnel law and understand the value of having control of process and detail. You know from experience how to give good leadership sparring, challenge and support balanced and qualified.

  • You have strong HR expertise and bring it into play for usable solutions.
  • You are good at building relationships, and you manage to listen and build trust around your person and professional knowledge.
  • You are efficient with great capacity and can navigate complexity and deadlines.
  • You have several years of HR experience.
  • You have experience with HR project management.

It is important that you are fluent in Danish and English, and that you have experience with hiring foreign employees. If you don't, we would still like to hear from you if you have the personal and professional competencies that match the above.

We offer

An exciting position of 37 hours per week in an organisation that saves lives and equips people to cope through crises and disasters in the world. In Denmark we create communities and support the vulnerable in society to a better life. A job that gives meaning to many. It motivates and obligates at the same time.

There is plenty of opportunity for both independence, development, variety, professional collaboration and sparring and you will join a skilled circle of colleagues with high engagement and good humor.

We offer you a flexible working life with the possibility of remote work. Salary and employment terms follow the Danish Red Cross's common agreement with AC and HK, depending on experience and education level.
