Job description

You will work with M&A, corporate law, and general commercial law and provide legal advice to our clients as well as Danish and international colleagues at Deloitte. The role also to a large extent involves proactively seeking new opportunities, building relationships, and actively contributing to Deloitte Legal's growth. You will work with some of the world’s largest companies and some of Denmark’s most exciting businesses. As a new member of the team, you will receive thorough training and responsibility from day one – both legally and commercially.

Your work will range from complex legal advice to active business development and networking. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with the law from theoretical, commercial, and international perspectives, and who sees creating new business opportunities as a natural part of their role.

In this role you will make a difference by

• Delivering complex legal advice within M&A, corporate law, and general commercial law to national and international clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and proactively seeking new clients and assignments
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships and expanding our client portfolio
• Collaborating with colleagues across Deloitte’s business areas and contributing to integrated advisory solutions

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with legal advice within M&A, corporate law and/or general commercial law
• Commercial mindset with a desire to pursue new clients and create business value
• Proactive approach with the ability to take responsibility for tasks and drive them to completion
• Strong written and spoken communication in Danish and English
• Educational background as cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur.
