About the job
Are you keen to work with insolvency law and complex legal issues? And are you motivated to use your legal expertise in cases where law, economics and societal considerations come together?
Your new workplace
In the insolvency unit we work with complex cases in the debt collection area. When a company or a person comes under bankruptcy proceedings, a number of legal questions arise that require both professional depth, strong analytical skills and a practical solution mindset.
Handling of bankruptcy and reconstruction cases
As our new colleague you will work with cases within the insolvency field, where your tasks among others can include:
- Assessment of the bankruptcy conditions and submission of a bankruptcy petition
- Drafting pleadings in connection with complex procedural cases
- Appearances and case presentation in the bankruptcy court
- Case handling after the decree of bankruptcy
- Handling of security interests and avoidance
- Contact with individuals and companies and their advisers
- Cooperation with other agencies and authorities
- Administrative tasks across insolvency case handling
The tasks will naturally be tailored to your experience and competencies. You will therefore have the opportunity to both bring your existing expertise into play and develop yourself within a specialized legal field.
Legally strong caseworker with good communication skills
You have a relevant education at master's level – e.g. cand.jur. It is an advantage that you are familiar with case processing, particularly within administrative law, insolvency law, as well as experience with litigation.
In addition, you must be service-minded and able to communicate clearly and professionally, as we work with companies that are in a financially difficult situation. It is therefore important that you are able to establish and maintain a constructive dialogue based on mutual trust and understanding.
We prepare you for the tasks
We will of course prepare you for the tasks. You will therefore be introduced to the Tax Administration and your upcoming unit and, if necessary, receive an introduction to the applicable legislation etc. to ensure the best starting point for our future collaboration.
We also offer
- good working conditions with flexible work arrangements
- tasks with a high level of responsibility
- a good legal professional and social environment
- good development opportunities in the form of relevant education and courses.
You will become part of a unit where we emphasise professional sparring, collaboration and an informal tone.
We believe that high professionalism and a good working environment go hand in hand. Therefore we help each other, share knowledge and actively use each other’s different competencies.
At the same time, we focus on work-life balance. There should be room for both professional ambitions and life outside of work.
Contact and terms of employment
Applications with CV and diploma should be sent via the link “Apply for the job” no later than 21 October 2026. We invite to interviews on an ongoing basis.

You will be employed under the collective agreement in force for academics in the state (AC).
Prior to employment we will obtain references, a criminal record certificate and conduct checks regarding any outstanding debts to the public sector.
You will be employed in the Ministry of Taxation and Growth with its associated institutions.
