We are looking for a colleague who has a law degree or equivalent and experience with case processing as well as a pragmatic approach to legal challenges.

We are a team that values collaboration and good solutions, and we appreciate positive and well‑worded communication. We work in a structured way and focus on quality and efficiency, even when it is busy and changeable. A good sense of humor is a plus. So if you are ready for an exciting challenge in a positive and dynamic atmosphere, we would like to hear from you!

  • Legal advice and coordination regarding governance and administrative law issues, including requests for access to information.
  • Facilitation of legal networks across the administration.
  • Secretariat support for cross-cutting fora, including the University’s Practice Committee, the advisory network for responsible research practices and research freedom, and the case handler network in the University’s whistleblower unit.
  • Administrative and legal support for the board work in non-profit foundations.
  • Case handling in disciplinary cases concerning students.
  • Interaction with various student organizations.

  • You have strong legal and analytical abilities, and the ability to combine this with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
  • You are highly independent, responsible, and able to collaborate broadly to create good solutions.
  • You are well‑expressed and can communicate the law understandably, also to non-lawyers, both in writing and orally.
  • You work in a structured and thorough manner with a focus on quality and efficiency in task execution.
