You don’t need to have taught before. The most important thing is that you are a skilled car body technician, want to work with young people and are eager to share your professional knowledge with the next generation.

We will help you settle into the role as a vocational teacher. You will become part of a strong and dedicated team of teachers, where you will receive sparring and support from experienced colleagues. At the same time, you will be trained in teaching and pedagogy as part of your job.

About the job

You will mainly teach on the basic and main courses of the car body technician education. The teaching will be based on practice and the reality that students encounter in the industry.

Your tasks will include, among others, to

• plan and carry out practice-based teaching
• teach students the techniques, work methods and standards used in the industry
• follow students' academic and personal development as a contact teacher
• collaborate with colleagues, companies and other partners
• contribute to the development of the education and teaching materials.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for a professionally skilled car body technician who wants to teach others.

We imagine that you

• are trained as a car body technician
• as a starting point have several years of relevant and up-to-date professional experience
• have kept your professional knowledge up to date through practical work and preferably relevant continuing education
• can use ordinary IT and the industry's digital tools
• can create structure and clear frameworks for the students
• communicate professionally with students, colleagues and companies
• meet young people with interest, patience and respect
• are eager to develop yourself both professionally and as a teacher.

Teaching experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We ensure that you are equipped for the task.

Employment terms

The position is full-time with start as soon as possible or by agreement.

Salary and terms in accordance with the Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Union of Education. Depending on experience and skills, the salary level is DKK 31,000-36,500 + 18% pension.
