Kitchen Assistant for Enghusene (31.5 hours per week)

We are seeking a kitchen assistant for the loveliest children in Enghusene, and you will, together with our cook, be a team in Enghusene.

Enghusene is an integrated 0-6 year institution in Vanløse, close to Damhusengen. We operate in two buildings: a nursery (infants) unit and a kindergarten unit. There is a requirement for the organic gold label, and we work with climate goals, reducing food waste and benchmarks for climate-friendly and healthy meals. This means that we focus on legumes, more vegetables and fewer meat days.

When the meal is ready, you transport the food from the nursery to the kindergarten in a cargo bike. In the kindergarten, the food is prepared and plated for our lovely children.

Enghusene is part of Nord Klynge M, which consists of seven institutions in total. You will join a work community with the cluster's other kitchens, where we together see opportunities in cross-collaboration. We offer free parking for cars and bicycles.

Employment terms

The position is fixed-term from December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2027, with a possibility of extension and is 31.5 hours per week. The working hours are generally every day from 07:00 to 13:00. Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation. In connection with the appointment we obtain a child and criminal record check and take references.
