We are seeking an engaged and responsible kitchen manager for our café. You actively participate in cooking and are responsible for planning and organizing the daily kitchen operations.

Your tasks include

• Cooking and planning the kitchen's daily production
• Menu planning in collaboration with the owner
• Stock ordering, receiving deliveries and inventory management
• Quality assurance, self-checks and food safety
• Coordination of workflows and instruction of employees who assist in the kitchen

You have relevant kitchen experience, work independently and in a structured manner and thrive with responsibility. You are reliable, collaborative and quality-conscious.

We provide training as well as a hygiene course and other relevant courses at the company's expense.
