Nyhavns Færgekro is located on Nyhavn and is part of Tholstrup, which runs four restaurants in Copenhagen. The kitchen makes classic Danish food, for lunch and dinner, both à la carte and for events.

We are looking for a full-time sous-chef, 37 hours per week. You run the kitchen together with the head chef, handle service when the head chef is not there, participate in the daily preparation and prepare food for à la carte and for events together with the rest of the kitchen.

We expect that you have experience as a restaurant chef, can maintain a high tempo and take responsibility, and that you speak Danish or English. Working hours are day and evening, including weekends.

Salary: DKK 37,167 per month incl. pension. Start as soon as possible.
