You will be based at Health and Training in Grindsted together with your dietitian colleagues.

We are a team consisting of a total of 4 clinical dietitians – 2 primarily handle education and guidance for citizens with chronic disease (health promotion offer) and the other 2 primarily handle tasks within the elderly sector. We help each other across areas.

We are organized under Health and Training in Grindsted together with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social and health care assistants.

We are ourselves responsible for task distribution and calendar planning. This helps provide flexibility so that both work life and family life can be accommodated. We place high priority on professional sparring, cross-disciplinary collaboration and a good working environment; among other things all employees are trained in using ACT tools.

Your tasks

• Conduct clarifying conversations
• Individual diet therapy for citizens with chronic disease, primarily COPD, cancer, osteoporosis and lifestyle
• Group-based teaching following the Lev Livet concept in collaboration with colleagues
• Digital guidance of citizens
• Further development of the nutrition area
• Further development of patient- and citizen-directed interventions and teaching.

Professional and personal competences

• Trained and licensed clinical dietitian
• You have experience with dietary and nutritional issues, nutritional interventions and diet therapy for citizens with chronic disease. Especially in the areas of COPD, cancer, osteoporosis and lifestyle.
• You have experience with motivational interviewing, master the broad health concept and have an affirming health-educational approach.
• Familiar with documentation according to the NCP model.
• Comfortable with IT and electronic documentation – we use Nexus and Vitakost
• Teaching experience is an advantage
• Solution-oriented, structured and flexible
• An advantage if you have knowledge of ACT

The position

The position is 37 hours per week and is desired to be filled from January 11, 2027.

You will be self-organizing.
